General
Yes—BeeDI Cloud is fully hosted. You don’t run servers or maintain a VAN contract; BeeDI manages the portal workflow and verifies transport/mapping details against the current retailer packet.
You manage plan, retailers, and billing in our account area. After purchase (and during trial where applicable) we show an
external EDI portal link (separate login) where transmissions occur.
Retailers & Documents
We seed popular US retailers including CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, Target, and Amazon Vendor, and expand continuously.

BeeDI also supports human-readable PO views, label output, and BOL creation. Final production behavior is verified against your current retailer packet, and others (e.g., 846 inventory, 860 PO change, 940/945 warehouse docs) can be added as programs require.
In the Core plan, mapping updates are $250 per retailer when standards change. In Professional, mapping updates are included after packet review.
Trial & Onboarding
Create an account—your 7-day trial starts immediately. When the trial ends, your account locks until you purchase at least the Core plan.

Yes. The account area shows your external EDI portal link (separate login). You can explore flows and setups during the trial.
Create account -> Pick paid retailers -> Submit the current retailer packet -> Enter sandbox credentials/test cases -> Certify with the retailer -> Unlock production credentials and manage transmissions.

Core: $169/mo including 1 retailer setup flow + $129/mo per additional retailer.
Professional: $899/mo (all supported setup flows + all mapping updates + priority email + phone/text support). Production requires current retailer documentation and sandbox approval.

We use hosted checkouts—your payment details never touch our servers.
You can switch between Core and Professional and toggle Monthly/Annual at renewal. You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the paid term.

Security & Compliance
HTTPS everywhere, secure headers, salted password hashing, CSRF protection, and data minimization. Payments handled by Stripe/PayPal.

We keep PCI scope low by using hosted checkouts (Stripe/PayPal). Your card/ACH details are processed by the provider, not stored on our servers.
